Dear Sir,
I am physically challenged person ( one left limb problem) and I purchased a car during 2010. It was altered at Bangalore as City clutch which work as a semi auto clutch kind of principle. This alteration is not accepted by RTO in Salem. Kindly provide me a suggestion to solve this issue. If possible, I will bring the vehicle and give me your feedback of it.
